PHYSICS - Dept. meeting Minutes

Date: 01/06/2023:

 The Department of Physics is conducted a meeting along with the mathematics and computer science department on 01/06/2023 at 12 noon. And it is resolved to conduct the following.

1. To discuss and improve new admissions for the Academic year 2023-2024.

       2.  To prepare time table, Annual curriculum plan, Departmental Activity plan and Teaching Dairy.

        3.  To guide VI semester students who were to long term internship to fill log book     

Date :26/06/2023:

The Department of Physics is conducted a meeting along with mathematics and computer science department

         1.  To conduct Remedial class for slowlearner.

         2.  To Guide the VI semester students for fill the log book and weekly preparation.

         3.  To conduct students’ seminars, Assignment for II and IV semesters.

Date: 24/07/2023:

The Department of Physics is conducted a meeting along with mathematics and computer science department.

          1.  To Discuss prepare question papers for II and IV semester students (mid examination -I).

         2.  We decided to conduct mid examination from 28/07/2023 to 31/07/2023.

  Date: 09/08/2023:

The Department of Physics has been resolved to conduct a meeting with mathematics and computer science department on 09/08/2023.

           1.  To conduct games and sports

           2. To conduct II mid examinations      on google sheet.

           3. To prepare students for the semester examination

           4. To evaluate II mid marks and post marks in the C.I.A form.

           5.  To prepare students for practical examinations.

  Date: 19/08/2023:

It is hereby resolved to conduct the following activities after a discussion in the department meeting held on 19/8/2023

          1. To prepare students for the semester examination.

          2. To value (II mid examination) and post marks in the C I A.

          3. To conduct students’ seminars for IV semester students and enter marks in registers.

   Date: 03/10/2023:

The Department of Physics has been resolved to conduct a meeting with mathematics and computer science department.

          1. How to prepare semester examination.

           2. Inform to progress report.

           3. CSP and internship.

           4. To prepare time table, Annual plan, Departmental Activity plan.

           5. We decided to conduct first mid examination from 28/11/2023 to 29/11/2023.

           6. To guide students who were went to internship and CSP to fill log book.

  Date: 11/12/2023:

The Department of Physics has been resolved to conduct a meeting with mathematics and computer science department on 11/12/2023.

           1. To Discuss prepare question papers for III and V semester students (MiD examination - II)

           2. To prepare students for practical examination and semester examinations.

           3.  To evaluate CSP and internship records.
